In the framework of the WFCP 2022 World Congress "TVET Excellence for ALL" held in Donostia-San Sebastian, Basque Country (Spain), from 15 to 17 June 2022, a special space was reserved for the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Vice-Ministry of Vocational Training of the Basque Country and the Inter-American Centre for Knowledge Development in Vocational Training of the International Labour Organization.

The Vice-Ministry of Vocational Training of the Basque Country was represented by its Vice-Minister, Jorge Arevalo Turrillas, and ILO/Cinterfor by its Director, Anne Caroline Posthuma. provisions:

The main purpose of this MoU is to foster cooperation and information relations for the development and implementation of actions oriented towards innovation in vocational training that facilitate and concretise the transfer of knowledge and experiences in vocational training.
